War produces ruins, destruction, absence, while culture, art, creativity produces presence, and thus win. This event is aimed at discussing the topic of creativity and innovation in the context of rebuilding after heavy losses and damages. We will talk about overcoming challenges through creativity, we will look at examples of non-standard approaches to solving complex problems, cases of successful projects and strategies that use limited resources as an incentive to create something new.
