30 Nov: End of the Early Bird Discount (Discount is not applied for Collective Exhibitions).

January 2025

31 Jan: Official End of Registration (System Stands, Custom-built Stands, Literary Agents & Scouts Centre (LitAg)).

February

If required: order additional Furniture and stand equipment
Start of invoice mailings (35 % instalment payment).
Start of the stand allocation.

March

31 Mar: Official End of Registration (Publishers Rights Centre (PRC), Workstations and Collective Exhibitions).

May

Travel planning and Accommodation
Organising visas

June

Planning your Fair Appointments.

July

Stand numbers are announced.
Second invoice mailing (65 % instalment payment. Further invoices for subsequent orders or additional tickets will be sent after FBM25.).
Order from service contractors.
Ticket Portals go online.

August

1 Aug: deadline submission of construction plans for Custom-built Stands.
Attend digital networking events.
31. Aug: Deadline for orders Furniture and stand equipment.

September
