31 January: Official deadline for registration (System Stands, Custom-Built Stands and LitAg).

31 March: Registration deadline for Publishers Rights Centre (PRC), Workstations and Collective Exhibitions.

Update your profile on Frankfurt Connect(opens in a new window), upload a free company logo, and book an upgrade package if required.

Plan your travel and your stay at the book fair. Make sure you arrange for the necessary visas well in advance.

Plan your events and arrange business appointments at the fair.

Contact the relevant service contractors for individual items of furniture, stand helpers, catering, and other services. 

The Ticket Portals go online: Admins can now create Exhibitor Passes, trade visitor tickets and other admission tickets.

1 August: Custom-built Stands - deadline for submitting stand construction plans for approval to custombuiltstand@buchmesse.de.
