Exclusive Service Contractors*
You are free to commission companies that are not listed here, but for some of the services there is no free choice of provider. The service contractors listed below must be commissioned. The services in question are marked with an asterisk*.
Waste disposal*
We kindly ask that you take responsibility for the garbage created during set-up and dismantling of your exhibition and stand. Together, we can set an excellent example as a major event provider, in particular with regard to sustainability. By separating waste into recyclables and non-recyclables, you contribute to protecting our environment and help close the recycling gap.
If you create a lot of waste during set-up and/or dismantling, please order the necessary waste containers from Messe Frankfurt. Waste consultants will be available to assist you during set-up and dismantling. They regularly walk through the halls and can be contacted at any time.
Waste disposal during the fair is included in the daily cleaning service.
Please help us conserve natural resources.

Fire extinguisher
Every stand must be equipped with at least one fire extinguisher, see Technical Regulations, 3.2.1.12. Fire extinguishers can be purchased from Messe Frankfurt Venue GmbH and will be delivered directly to the stand.
For exhibition stands up to an area of 30 sqm without a closed ceiling, an extinguishing spray can (extinguishing capacity: at least 8 A) may serve as an alternative to the fire extinguisher. This is available from retailers or online.

Cleaning* and hygiene supplies
On Tuesday evening before the fair, all halls including the stands will be thoroughly cleaned. The protective films will be removed from the carpets, the carpets hoovered, all clear horizontal surfaces wiped, and the waste baskets emptied. Furthermore, a daily basic cleaning of exhibition stands will be carried out every night after 7.00 pm (hoovering the carpet, wiping all clear horizontal surfaces, and emptying the waste basket).
