After studying literature in France, Florence decided to work in rights to combine her passions for literature and for other cultures, working first as an assistant in Paris (Flammarion, Seuil), London and Munich (Hanser) then as rights manager at Place des Éditeurs. Eleven years ago, she moved to Montreal to join Groupe Homme, Québec’s largest publishing house. The company is specialised in practical non-fiction, but also recently started publishing fiction for YA and adults. Florence is in charge of selling rights and now also acquiring.
