Philippe is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Refinery29. He served as co-CEO for 15 years, leading the expansion of Refinery29 into a global media brand. In Nov 2019, Vice Media Group announced the acquisition of Refinery29 for $460M. Philippe is a recipient of the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Philippe began his career at The Globalist, a digital media startup focused on international affairs, and graduated from Columbia University with a BA in History.
