Fraskito: Tierra y Sangre
The guitarist and singer Fraskito makes the flamenco live. Self-taught, as well as the author of his music and verses, he chose the guitar as his mouthpiece at a young age, which he endows with great creative power, giving new wings to flamenco. He writes that he wants to invite us to participate in the magic of his emotional world. He sees himself as a boy who walks into life with the guitar in front as a flag and knows how much a song can influence the career of a person. His album "Tierra y Sangre" is a tribute to the important Spanish poet and playwright Miguel Hernández (1910-1942), who became a goatherd himself as the son of a goatherd. As a student he learned to love the great literature of the Spanish Baroque and became an important poet of the Spanish struggle for freedom with the volume "Viento del pueblo" (1937).
