Andreas Hüging was a musician, songwriter and composer in Hamburg and toured with bands before he turned to writing. Angelika Niestrath was a bookseller, worked for publishing houses and as a consultant. For some time now, the two have also been writing and developing children's books together, along with stage shows with music. The duo lives in Grafschaft Bentheim and travels.
