Cate Miller oversees the Licensing Department at The Harry Fox Agency. She works with licensees across HFA verticals to manage the clearance of compositions for rightsholders. While managing the HFA Client Services team from 2012-2017, Cate worked with music publishers across the globe to ensure proper exploitation of their assets. Prior to rejoining HFA in 2020, Cate was Director of Writer and Admin Services at Primary Wave, where she helped manage the acquisition and administration of musical assets from icons like Whitney Houston, Bob Marley, and Donny Hathaway.
