Sarah Herlofsen is a doctor of biomedicine and a mother of four children. She lives in Norway. Sarah Herlofsen studied biology and philosophy. Cancer diseases in her family and questions from her children about it gave her the idea of writing a book that presents specialist knowledge on the subject of cancer in a child-friendly and descriptive way. Her book was first published in Norway and then, with the support of German Cancer Aid, in Germany.
