Ellie Souster is Head of Transformative Agreements at Taylor & Francis. She started her career in academic publishing in 2017. Since then, she has had a variety of role across Taylor & Francis including Open Access Business Development Manager, working with consortia and institutions globally to facilitate open access publishing. Her expertise lies in open access business models, research impact and librarians’ support.
