Eric Reiss is a senior consultant at knk Software North America. Mr. Reiss guides media clients in the implementation of knkMedia and Microsoft Dynamics solutions to help them transform their content offerings, processes and business models to meet the needs of the ever-evolving marketplace. His extensive experience with publishing and media solutions includes international implementations and business process consulting, especially in the areas of Editorial & Production, Order-to-Cash, Analytics, Warehouse Management and Subscriptions. Prior to entering the software industry, he held business system roles in publishing houses, including Taylor & Francis and Kensington Publishing.
