Karsten Bich joined the Deutschen Institut für Normung (German Institute for Standardisation, DIN) in November 2019 and has been responsible for the Human Resources and Transformation division of the DIN Group since the beginning of 2020. The fully qualified lawyer, who is also a systemic coach, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Prior to DIN, he held senior HR positions in the banking industry. The DIN Group also includes Beuth Verlag, which distributes DIN standards and other technical regulations as well as technical literature.
