Ciccy has been involved in international publishing for more than 7 years. As the copyright manager in Phoenix Juvenile and Children's Publishing, she looks after international rights management and regularly attends book fairs and events around the world, including Beijing International Book Fair, Frankfurt Buchmesse, London Book Fair, Bologna Children’s Book Fair and Seoul International Book Fair. She is actively involved in discovering new and emerging authors and international publishers whose work is like-minded to Phoenix Juvenile and Children's Publishing, and is collaborating with international partners on children's publishing projects.
