Lisa Faratro has worked at CPI Group for 10 years in a variety of roles, from Group Production Manager through to Group Commercial Manager. She is currently both Customer Service Director and Director of Environment and Sustainability. Prior to working at CPI, she worked within the magazine web printing market, mainly in Customer Service, Commercial and Production Management Roles. She works across the CPI Group setting targets in the green space as well as working with publishers to help accomplish their environmental objectives. The CPI Group offers manufacturing, design and project management worldwide, and is one of Europe’s biggest multi-channel marketing services providers.
