Néstor Bustamante

Néstor Bustamante was born in Córdoba, Argentina, where he studied Computer Science at the National University of Córdoba. In the last 20 years, he has worked as a consultant and technology leader for companies such as American Airlines, HP, EF, and Siemens. He has co-founded tech ventures in Argentina and in China, which partnered with companies like Google and Intel. He has lived in five countries across three continents. After living in China for six years, he now resides in Berlin and works as Global Manager AI for Springer Nature, one of the world’s largest global science publishers He specializes in leading and coordinating research, development, and innovation portfolios, programs and teams. He also supports international projects in education, sustainable goals, and the dissemination of scientific and technological knowledge. Additionally, he publishes articles on critical thinking, Internet Governance and technological development in China and Asia. He is a contributor to various print, television, and radio media outlets. He is also a TEDx speaker and a member of the board of directors of the Association of Argentinians in China.
