When you book a System Stand GLOW, you receive a fully assembled stand with the following basic features:

  • Back and side walls according to the size of your stand with wall foiling and carpet (Rep) – each with a choice of 9 colours; book shelves
  • 3 m high backlit fabric wall with your graphic; spotlights on the walls
  • Cubicle with shelf and wardrobe bar (from 20 sqm: additional shelf, wastepaper basket and wardrobe bar); counter with lockable built-in cupboard, 1 bar stool
  • Table with 3 chairs, wastepaper basket (from 24 sqm: additional bar table with 3 bar stools), power outlets in the cubicle, at the counter and in the seating area
  • 2 stand signs with company name and business location; Exhibitor Passes (quantity depending on stand size)
  • Digital Presence on Frankfurt Connect

Discount for using the fabric wall graphic from the previous year
The fabric wall graphic included in the basic features can be taken off and stored by you after the fair. If in 2024 you had booked a System Stand GLOW of the same size, you may reuse the old fabric wall graphic and mount it on the finished stand yourself. In this case, you will receive a corresponding discount.

The German Sales Tax legislation (UStG) as amended on 1 January 2011 provides VAT-exempted invoicing of the relevant fair-related services for non-domestic recipients. To see if you are applicable, please send us the following completed and signed form to vat@buchmesse.de.
