File formats & file transfer for stage screens

Before you upload, please check the follow information

Deadline	30 September 2024 for Frankfurt Pavilion 11 October 2024 for all other stages
Presentation file format	PPT 16:9 or PDF
Video file format	Codec: H264/mp4 file
Audio file format	MP3 File oder WAV File
File naming	Please name the files you upload according to this standard: Stage Abbreviation, Date, Time, Event Title Example: FS_20241019_1400-1500_The Light of the Lagoon If you plan to include several PPTs please name the files in the chronological numbers, in which you want them to be shown. Example: FS_20241019_1400-1500_The Light of the Lagoon_1 FS_20241019_1400-1500_The Light of the Lagoon_2
Backup	Please also make sure to bring your content on a flash drive as well.
